XEmacs Home Page for Martin Buchholz

This is the XEmacs home page for Martin Buchholz, one of the developers of XEmacs.

He can be reached at <martin.buchholz@xemacs.org>, as well as <martin@xemacs.org> and <mrb@xemacs.org>.

Martin was the XEmacs guy at DevPro, a part of Sun Microsystems. Martin used to do XEmacs as a `hobby' while at IBM, and was crazy enough to try to make a living doing it at Sun.

Martin starting using Emacs originally not to edit files, but to get the benefit of shell mode. He actually used to run nothing but a shell buffer, and use `xterm -e vi' to edit files. But then he saw the light. He dreams of rewriting shell mode from scratch. Stderr should show up in red!!

Martin is no longer doing XEmacs for a living, and is Just Another Volunteer.

Contributions to XEmacs:

Former beta release manager and author of many stability fixes and speed improvements in XEmacs.
